2.) Search for the email we send to you.

* Please remember to check your spam and junk folders. *

3.) Click on the doxy.me link contained within that email.

4.) If asked, please allow camera/video and microphone permissions for the website.

* Doxy.me will not record your visit. *

5.) Enter your information into the website.

* If you are not able to find this email call the front office at the time of your appointment. *
